Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom buttons and stickers, all orders are non-refundable/returnable. However, if an error has been made by Just Buttons we will re-run the part of your order which was in error at no charge. It is important that you open and review your order as soon as it is received. Just Buttons must receive notice of an issue within 5 business days of delivery of the items.

Just Buttons will not re-run orders due to customer errors this includes, but is not limited to:
  • typos
  • spelling errors
  • misunderstanding of size
  • incorrect file submission in accordance with our graphics guidelines ie pixelated files, small/blurry type, screenshots, photos of photos, web images (72DPI images)
  • duplicate orders
  • misunderstandings of turnaround time stated on
  • color variances within four-color (CMYK) standards
  • disregard for bleed and die cut areas within stated limits available in our graphics guidelines
  • undeliverable packages
  • misunderstandings about rim where rim text is located
  • poorly cropped images
  • bad delivery dates
Other errors that customers are responsible for include:
  • blank submissions
  • borders
  • incorrect image orientation
  • crop marks
  • hard to read text (extra small fonts/display fonts)
  • missing fonts and images
  • missing logos
  • mini images
  • images that are not full bleed
  • colors that are out of gamut
  • designs that are outside of our stated safe zone
  • pixelated files
  • files that are flattened with the guidelines still visible
  • poor color choices

Just Buttons will not re-run orders due to variations in parts that do not affect the product’s functionality. These variations include but are not limited to style or placement of pin or magnet, variations in materials used, and packaging methods or materials.

Just Buttons will not honor the delivery date selected in any order if it does not work with the shipping method selected. We will attempt to contact you regarding this matter and you have the option to upgrade your shipping. If we do not hear back from you we will process the order with the selected shipping method.

Shipping Refunds
Guaranteed Shipping :

Just Buttons ships orders placed with the Guaranteed service level via UPS. UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of shipments via UPS Ground and Air services within the United States. In the event that UPS fails to attempt delivery within the time published on the UPS website, Just Buttons will work with UPS to secure a refund for the cost of the shipping.

The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply to:

Shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS’s control including, but not limited to: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, authority of law, insufficient information provided by a customer, Hazardous Materials packages improperly offered for transport, the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil unrest, disruptions in national or local air or ground transportation networks (including, but not limited to, UPS’s transportation network), disruption or failure of communication and information systems, and adverse weather conditions.

Just Buttons will not refund the cost of the production of the buttons in the event that the order was received later than the anticipated delivery date.

Non-Guaranteed Shipping :

The United States Postal Service does NOT guarantee their service levels or delivery times for USPS Priority Mail. Due to this, Just Buttons cannot guarantee that the USPS will attempt delivery by the date requested. In the event that the USPS fails to attempt delivery within the timeframe published on the USPS website, Just Buttons will NOT be able to secure a refund for the cost of shipping. Just Buttons will not guarantee any shipments shipped by the United States Postal service.

Just Buttons will not refund the cost of the production of the buttons in the event that the order was received later than the anticipated delivery date.
